Firstly thank you for your incredible efforts. I believe Ealing Council changed their ward boundaries some time around May 2022. This site may still be going by the old ward boundaries?
For example, postcode W3 6JG appears on Doogal as East Acton, but on the Ealing website it appears to fall under Acton Central.
Another example, postcode W13 0TE appears on Doogal as Hanwell Broadway, but on the Ealing website it appears to fall under Elthorne.
Link to Ealing Council's postcode checker: https://maps.ealing.gov.uk/webreports/cluster/cluster_PRS.html
I've tried the previous two postcode examples on the map and strangely they seem to align with this sites results. So Doogal may yet remain undefeated.
Which begs the question - which set of data from Ealing is correct? The postcode checker or the interactive map?
The documentation for the ONS Postcode data claims it includes the May 2022 ward boundary changes so hopefully they should be correct here. I also had a quick look around the web and found this https://www.ealing.gov.uk/downloads/download/6348/maps_of_new_wards It doesn't say when it was published but if you look at one of the PDFs they are marked as 2022 and the boundaries match up to what I have here

Okay just to follow up on my previous comment re Ealing, below is a link to their interactive map:
