I’ve uploaded the latest data from the Land Registry to my website. House price inflation seems to be increasing and the number of sales seems to be heading back to pre-pandemic levels.

Updated UK postcode data
I’ve updated the UK postcode data on my website to use the February 2021 ONS release. It’s passed my usual sanity checks but if you see anything amiss, let me know.
