I don't know whether this is an issue or not. I used some of your postcode data to drive a query about how well OpenReach is doing with fibre rollout. (I'd noticed that some telegraph poles hadn't had fibre added, leaving gaps in fttp capabilities).
Using the postcodes that are in use, I found that many didn't seem to work for my area when the Ofcom checker was used (https://checker.ofcom.org.uk:https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/broadband-coverage#) the site claimed that there was no info about these. The coordinates of such postcodes seem to all be the same spot in the middle of town: possibly the local RM Delivery Office.
Is this what you'd expect? I can see that it may be how postcodes are deployed, but I thought I'd draw your attention to it.
Most likely they are postcodes used for PO Boxes. Unfortunately the data I use for the site doesn't provide a definitive way of knowing whether a postcode is 'real' or not. Multiple postcodes at the same spot or the postcode being located at or near a post office are a sure sign

Thanks for the collateral here - it's excellent.

I'm curious, where do you get this data from? Is it publicly available somewhere?
It's mostly from the ONS Postcode Directory
