I'm in the process of uploading the latest Land Registry data to my site for July 2021. Although the sales data won't be complete yet, the effect of the end of the Stamp Duty holiday for higher value properties already appears to be visible in sale prices, with a noticable increase in prices in June and a big reduction in July
