I’ve uploaded the latest Land Registry to my website. Prices continue on their upward trend with the number of sales looking to have almost returned to their pre-pandemic level. Meanwhile, economists suggest the Stamp Duty holiday was a bad idea, with any savings being wiped out by price increases.
